Fresh Rock Shrimp 70-90 Fresh from the Atlantic Ocean, try them breaded and pan fried. They are delicious!

 

Scallops and Shellfish
Product Description
Dry Packed Sea Scallops Hand shucked with absolutely no water weight or preservatives added. These are the best scallops you will ever have!
Bay Scallops These scallops are ideal for soups, pastas or pan frying.
Littleneck Clams Also known as "Steamers", these are the smallest clams, great for steaming, clam bakes, or in pasta.
Topneck Clams Mid-sized clams usually reserved for eating raw on the half shell.
Cherrystone Clams The largest clams we carry, perfect for clams casino or chowders.
PEI Mussels Aqua-cultured Mussels from the pristine waters off Prince Edward Island, Canada.
Stewing and Frying Oysters Hand shucked oysters from Virginia, they are available from (9/1 - 3/1)
Live and Cooked Crawfish (Crawdads) Available both live and cooked; these are a taste of the bayou at home! Available fresh from (6/1 - 7/14)

Oysters

Oyster lovers? We sure are! At Hill's there is no ocean in the world too far. We will gladly bring in any variety of oysters from the East Coast, West Coast, Canada or even Japan! Please order any species you wish in the beginning of the week and we will gladly have them fresh for you by the weekend. Below is just a sample of the many varieties available to us fresh based on the season!

Long Island Blue Point Long Island Sound, CT These large and deep cupped oysters are the standard at Hill's. Very meaty and slightly salty, these oysters are the ideal starting point for those new to oysters!
Quonset Point Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island Distinctly managed shapes and deeply cupped meats make these Rhode Island's favorite oyster. The taste is quickly salt yet finishes subtly sweet.
Wellfleet Wellfleet, Massachusetts Recognized for their quality for over 100 years, these oysters are enjoyed for their cold water mineral flavor.
Belon Sunshine Coast, British Columbia Very firm in texture, slightly salty with a distinctive mineral like finish. Available through winter.
Olympia Shelton, Washington State Thisextremely small oyster (around the size of a 50 cent piece), is harvested by hand in the pristine Washington Coast waters. This bite sized smoky flavored oyster is a treat for those not used to a West Coast oyster. Available November through late spring.
Malpeque Prince Edward Island, Canada This small choice oyster is the heart of the P.E.I. legacy with a wonderful taste that needs to be experienced! They have the distinct taste of the island with just the right amount of salt.
